I never thought I would want one of these but Jim sold me this at a show and I was hooked. Buffalo Horn, this knife is made just as good as every other GEC!

Thank you Ken and Murph ::tu:: Yes it is stainless, one of my few GEC stainless. I prefer the 1095 Carbon for easier sharpening.
