Case Daniel Boone fixed blade??

Post by bamabronco »

OK.....I knife trading buddy wanted me to research this knife before he sold it; he says it is a '65-'69 big fixed blade, black handle, Daniel Boone on the blade, gold writing. #1838??? I can't find anything on it, I'm going to try to take a look at it. (not interested, but I told him I'd try to see what it was worth) I haven't had much luck in the fixed blade market. Any info??? TIA

value depends on condition, box?, sheath? there is usually several for sale on ebay. some are quite valuable. book prices don't mean a lot except for insurance.

Wow! Now I know everything I need to know about that!! Thanks to you guys. That is a pretty neat knife, maybe I should go scr*w my buddy out of it!! Nah, couldn't do him like that, I'll just tell him $100 would be a good price for that. Thanks again!
