Imperial shell handle knives
Imperial shell handle knives are not a high dollar collectable, but were a very usable and low priced knife. Most of us have a few so lets show them.

KAMP-KING
It's easier to find one in the package than it is to find a mint one out of the package!
These things were used to there fullest, due to there price
(I've got to clean my camera before I post any more pics.)

Foil wrap toothpick restoration project.
Someone ground the scaling ridges off the spine
on this knife for some reason
A magnet will readily stick to the shells, and rust will surface
over time, therefore they are not true nickle silver.
I believe they are nickle plated steel.
A donor knife will be used to replace the
beat-up bolsters and altered blade.
