CASE PATTERNS

Post by MUDFLAP »

Hello

New here, but very impressed with the site. You are fortunate to have so many knowledgable people together in one place. What do you guys think is the most popular pattern to collect, i know it will be a matter of opinion, but there must be a few patterns that are more sought after than others. Thanks in advance for any input.

I am going to guess....three blade stockmans;but,I am not one of the more knowledgeable on this forum.

I do want to say that I like your saying:"I like cats, they taste just like chicken".

welcone to the best knife forum mudflap. as case patterns go.. i think trappers first, followed by the stockman.

my personal favorite is the congress.

In the older Case knives the 88 pattern Congress is very hot, and as Johnnie mentioned so is the 54 pattern trapper. Both patterns are counterfieted frequently. Also another pattern I feel would be a big seller were it not so rare is 80 pattern Carpenter's Whittler.
