QUESTIONS ABOUT A DOUBLE SHEATH SCHMIDT ZIEGLER
HOW RARE IS A DOUBLE SHEATH SCHMIDT ZIEGLER TWO HUNTING KNIVES DOUBLE SHEATH, STAG HANDLES. NEVER USED? ONE KNIFE IS JUST LONGER THAN THE OTHER. SORRY NO PHOTO'S. MUCH VALUE?

S&Z is something of an underappreciated brand, at least in my opinion. Their folders are top notch. The steel is really good, exceptional even. I am not sure about the fixed blades as I have no experience with them.
I suspect the value on your set is not great. All this value business is very relative anyway. If your expectations are that the set might be a sleeper worth several hundred or even thousands, then you are apt to be disappointed. If your expectations are in the $75 to $100 range, there is a greater liklyhood that you might be satisfied.
Truth is, my best guess in this down market is something in the $50 to $75 range.
I would sure enjoy seeing a picture of the set. My EDC for quite a while was a S&Z.

RAY, I POSTED A PIC OF THE SCHMIDT ZIEGLER, I DID BUY THEM. IS THE SMALL ONE A TROUT KNIFE? ITS ABOUT 5 1/4 INCHES LONG. I GOT THEM FOR 35 SO I WILL BE SELLING THEM. THANKS FOR THE REPLY.
