Help with maker???

I got this knife a couple days ago. It doesnt have any tang marks on the blades or on the punch
It measures 3-5/8" closed the main is 2-5/8" the punch is 1-7/8"
The liners appear to be nickle or maybe steel and the center liner is milled on bottom but not inside
Scales are bone with silver pins and shield .Is it a wartime cattle knife
Any info would be great

Utica or Camillus pre-1930 would be my best guesses.

Definitely Camillus, probably 1940s. Just look at the design of the punch, its the same as the one used on 4-line Camillus scouts.

Here is a punch blade from a 4-line scout, about unused condition just some spots from storage.
Also a picture of the tang stamp.

Does it look the same?

How about the bone jigging is it the same as you would see on a Camillus?

The punch is the key. I haven't seen too many like that one (actually none), with a nail nick and the groove extending into the tang. Surely someone will come along sooner or later with one like it.

I took everyones advice and looked at the jigging and tried to compare it to others (wards winchester camillus utica etc.)
The jigging looks to be either Utica Kutmaster or Camillus Sword Brand (very early)page 274 of 7th edition blades knives and their values.Not the same knife yet the jigging and shield are similar to the one i have
The punch is similar to a Camillus that i have with a patent date of 1908.Close but not the same
We know that Camillus did milled liners wich is evident in some known models #60,61,62 and 69
but i have not seen a Camillus that was not stamped? Unless it was a military model which would explain the steel liners

They look like nickle silver liners from here

I have some Patented material. The punch looks close to a Cooper Patented Apr. 25. 1905.
They were used in Robeson, and I don,t know what else.

The Robeson punch looks somewhat like the Camillus design but the groove is wider and the tang has a long kick on it, not cut at a 45° angle. If you want I'll post a comparision of the two.

arathol. I think you found it. I have some punch info and the Cooper was as close as I had.
Did Camillus make their own punch?

The liners should be nickel silver. I don't think any knife company ever made milled steel liners.

As to the lack of the tang stamp, some contract knives were made with no tang stamp but with a blade etch, of course the etch would disappear with use.
