CRKT The Natural 2 bone scales

Anybody here ever have one of CRKT's The Natural 2 in their hand ???
Was wondering what thoughts you all had on quality, feel, etc.
Don't know much about tactical knives, but this one caught
my eye cause of the bone scales.
Would like to have a tactical to carry if I could find one with
stag or bone scales. If anyone knows of any other outfits making em
like this, please let me know. Thanks

CRKT has stepped up it's game a bit recently. While I can't vouch for the knife you want, I have one of the recent production Graham models, and it's built like a tank. Fit and finish, lockup, everything was spot on. The blade grind was a little muted (edges were a bit rounded off) but for a production knife I was impressed. I will say though, that I was not overly impressed with the horn they used on the graham's. They did a poor job matching scales, and fitting them was off slightly. Since I replaced them anyways it wasn't a big deal, but it could be for some people.

I keep a stockman in the truck at all times
But for a carry knife, I would like a tactical
I been carrying an old Bear MGC sideliner cause I
prefer stag scales or bone
I walk over a mile just to go up to get the mail
Had a problem with some dogs running wild out here
in the boonies. Glad I had a bigger quick drawing knife with me
If you know any outfit that makes a stag linerlock type knife,
let me know

Hello.
I purchased a Natural 2 with Bone scales earleir this year and really like it. I have to admit, however, that I haven't really used it on anything that would test it. It is a very nice looking knife, especially with the file work on the spine and the diamond pattern on the clip. It seems to be a solid knife with a beefy feel to it. The assisted opening feature works well. If you want a bigger version, there is the Natural 1, but it would be rather bulky in the pocket.

I guess if I had to fend off a dog, I would want a longer knife to keep my hands away from teeth or I would use a gun or sling shot. Hope this helps.

I bought a natural 1, just to have it, when it came out, because I liked the way it looked. I liked it even better when I got it. Next I bought the natural 2, with micarta handle for a edc. I work as a service man in the natural gas industry and use this knife everyday, all day, for everthing it was meant for and some things I'am sure it was not meant for. The knife is built like a tank, the size, the blade and assisted action, all come together to make a great knife. I also have a Bear, sideliner with stag handles and a damascus blade that I like, and have used as a edc. The CRKT has the advantage as a one hand opener, but I still like Bear quality as well.

Thanks all...I bought the red jigged bone one and I like it
heavy knife but with the strong clip..I do not even feel it
in my pocket,,been toting it for months and using it on
everything and am quite pleased
