Anyone have an extra Imperial "miniature hunting knife?

I got one at Fort Ticonderoga when I was a kid, when I left home, Mom put all my "junk" in the basement, most of the knives made it through, the little hunter didn't. When I found it, it was a lump of rust with a handle. Not saveable. Would like to have another. Have checked ebay, craigslist etc, have never seen one.

Thanks,
Ulster

yep, that would be it, save mine had a straight handle and jigged plastic scales.

You could try watching ebay, they show up occasionally (usually described as "miniature Bowies" for some reason).
Quality should not be an accident. So what is the explanation for some of the knives we've seen in the past few years? (from A Knifebuyer's Manifesto)

I don't think I have one that small.
I think I have a Imperial shell handle fixed blade about 5" or so.

I will keep my eyes open.

Ulster, do you mean one like this? Not marked Imperial, but has the shell handles used by them. 3 7/8" OA. GJ

GJ:
Mine was not quite that fancy, and more like the yellow handled one above here.
That one of yours is NICE: if it is for sale, please PM me?
thanks
