I have ben looking at some of thses knives and just by looking at pictures they seem to be real good knives. I have not seen any up close yet. I had a few questions about them.
What would one expect to pay for a knife like this. I really like all of the File and Wire knives.

Just a guess on my part. But a on properly hardened/tempered knife, a file should be able to skate across the the side without making a mark. It should cut a wire without chipping the blade. My guess is that they are saying it is hardened/tempered to exacting criteria. Hardened/tempered so that it is hard enough without being brittle. Just a guees.chrisb wrote:Good question. I was wondering the same thing with the inventory thing.
What does the file and wire tested mean?
