Boker warranty on pin cfacks.

I had a Boker barlow that had pin cracks at both center pins. They sent me a new knife and told me to use the old one for a worker. That is what surprised me about Schatt & Morgan. The custonmer rep. had no interest in the knife other than the blade and tang adjustment. I told her that I own the 2004, 2006, 2007 presidents choice knives along with a Stag Coke bottle and a QCCC Stag foldimg hunter. The pincracks were the second knife with trouble that I had from Schatt & Morgan. The first sunfish had half of the Schatt & Morgan buffed off of the bolsters. CUMBERLAND REPLACED IT WITHOUT QUESTION. When I posted my problem here on the AAPK forum one of the members gave me a list of numbers to the people that handle these issues for the knife company. I have since tossed the list away because the girl I talked to was obviosly tired of handling any problems, I hate to say it but it was noted that she was the go to person at Schatt and Mrgan to get things done. I am not looking for a freebee in fact Muscratman has agreed to fix it up for a little less than the knife cost me in the begining. I know he does quality work and it will be an honor to see what he ens up doing.

Sorry to hear about the bad costumer service, it seems that so many company's hire people who just don't care.
This worry's me to hear the Queen's service stink's because I have one the need's fixed.
I believe you'll love the work MM doe's, I've never had him do anything for me, yet, but I've seen his work and he truly is a skilled artisan.
