Here's an interesting older item for you Catt. collectors, an Indian embossed metal match safe, advertising "Indian Brand" knives by Cattaraugus.

Seller states manufacturer as "W & M Newark, N.J." but more likely "W & H" for Whitehead & Hoag.

He wants a good bit of money. Will be interesting to watch.

mmmm...is a tad bit pricy, I will be surprised if there is a bid at that price with the safe being in rather poor condition.

One has to wonder, though, just how many of these still exist?

The seller would probably do better with a lower starting bid, allowing the item to reach its potential through competitive bidding.
