Trying out picture posting with a Hen & Rooster

Is this way of posting pictures OK with the forum, or should I be using the "Add an Attachment" method provided by the site?

It is a slip joint with a very stout spring, but the round tang and generally smooth action makes it easy to open.

I am not sure about your qustion. Try to redo both ways of one photo.
many time its nice to super inlarge the photo.

I read somewhere (probably "Knife World" magazine) that it was considered best practice in German cutlery shops to mis-match the scales on stag handled knives: Smooth stag against the palm of the hand and rough where the fingertips end up. When I first bought this particular knife, I was less than happy with the mismatched scales, but later I was somewhat consoled by what I read. Has anyone else heard this story?
