Unwell... got a touch of the Schatts (pt1)

Post by smiling-knife »

Hi. I have been really enjoying the posts and reviews of the Schatt & Morgan knives here so I have been keeping my eyes open for one to see for myself. I came across this one and another on ebay and amazingly I was the only one to bid. This one is model 063150 reverse gunstock stockman with stag handle made in 1992. It is one very fine looking and well made knife. I think I am now officially hooked. Johnnie, when your finished with the doctor, I will need to see him next. :D s-k

pt 2 will follow later in the week.

Say ahhhhhh....Oh my !!!!!  Hmmmmm I am very sorry to say sir (not really) but you are on the verge of a full blown case of the Schatt's.... ::paranoid:: ::paranoid:: :?

A beautiful knife SK ::drool:: ::drool:: reverse gunstock with beautiful lighter colored stag that we don't see much anymore in later production knives.

Are you going to give us a hint of what is coming in part 2 or make us wait outside in the cold rain without even a clue... ::disgust::

Very nice,

Sunburst

Good morning Sunburst 8) Thanks for the comments. I may be embarking on a slippery slope to finacial ruin  . I would like to acquire one of those little English jack knives. I don't have pic of the other knife yet and I'm on my way out so you will have to wait a few days. It is not quite so grand but equally beautiful. Have a great day :) s-k

Well due to the FACT that sunburst would not give up any of his S&M's to me. (And he knows I tried too.)

I too just received my first S&M today too.
Holly man my first perfect knife. So far I can NOT find a flaw.
I have only opened the box so far. (I am afraid to open the blades yet. It looks so nice.) I fell like a High School Boy when a cheerleader comes to talk to me for the first time again. I am so old now and I want to keep this felling too. So I will just take my time looking at her in the box for some time yet. Checking out her front and back only.

My wifey said she would like to see it around my neck. I think she is a bit Julius. It might be that I got to excited showing her this young lovely girl.

sunburst can you figure out what I got for my FIRST S&M?

smiling-knife I too was the only one to bid. But I had to pay full price. AND worth every penny I paid too. I think a stag handle made in 1992 could be called a 14-year-old boy. That's a real super deal and a super knife too.

I recall Billy not remember much about Monica Lawinski.

Sorry I not have a camera yet (mite get one for Christmas.) or a scanner. Just have the inter net one but you know what that’s like. I think you have the same one too. I will show it next year to you all. So all I use is REN wax on her right? I have only touched her 3 times yet. If you want to show your young lady again so others will know what we are talking about. Please do so. I will hold my knife up to the screen to see her sister too. :P :P

Hukk ; This S&K is giving your Bulldog in my desk top a good run for the TOP DOG but I have not seen your bulldog in my hand ether. Can you send that one to me to inspect her side by side with this S&K?  Just a joke. One more question. On HEART ABALONE ok to use just REN Wax ?
