Utica Cutlery Tool Kit accessory positions

My great grandfather gave this to my father, then I inherited it from him. Well, I removed all the tools from the leather pouch to clean the grime off. But then I forgot how all the accessory tools were loaded into the kit. Does anyone have a pic of the proper accessory tool positions? Even as a kid I couldn't figure out the correct hammer position, seems to hit the knife all the time.
And also there is a pocket for an instruction sheet in the leather, does anyone have a pic of the instructions that go with this?
In the background I have another smaller Complimentary Utica tool kit with the Rosewood handle knife.

This is the way this nine piece set is laid out. Different, but more than likely the same. It is a four line Utica stamp. UTICA over CUTLERY CO.over UTICA,N.Y.over MADE IN U.S.A.

I have several tool kits from various manufacturers(mostly German)and that seems to be pretty close to correct.The hammer head usually is close to the knife anyway and doesn't really present a problem.There should be sufficient clearance to close the kit.Nice kit by the way.

Thats 2 great looking tool kits fellas. I picked up the knife its sellf in mint cond for $5. Have no clue why any one would seperat the knife and tools. Apparantly the knife has seen very little to no use Would love to find at least a couple tools to go with it
