Greetings All:
I bought this little number without knowing anything about it, except that it was likely made by Queen. Since receiving it today, I've found some additional but patchy information on the net. The knife was made by Queen for Swanner Cutlery Co. of Fairfield Ohio, probably in the early eighties. If my information is correct they went out of business in the mid eighties.
If anyone can confirm or correct this information, or add to it, I'd be much obliged.

Hi Jim,
Cool knife. Here is a little ditty I found, posed to Bernard some years ago by our own Gr8Scout...

Not much, my friend...maybe someone will have a personal insight or knowledge to add.

Thanks Bill!
The way I determined this one was made by Queen is, I stumbled across a picture of an identitical knife (with bone handles) that was a Queen. I also found information on another website which confirmed that Queen did in fact make knives for Swanner Cutlery. So think I have enough circumstantial evidence to at least convince me that it was made by Queen.
The Queen knife that was identical to this one was represented as being made in 1979. I found a post in some forum archive which indicated that Stan Swanner died in the mid eighties and Swanner Cutlery didn't go on.
Far from authoritative I know, but it's all I have so far.
Maybe I'll post on BL's forum next. Thanks again.
