Buck 112

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

Hi Chris,

Your's is a version 3 (Sega wood) or version 4 (Macasar Ebony wood). These were made 72-74. In 74 the tang stamp got dots added (.112.). Version 1 & version 2 had micarta handles and were made in 72 only.

You have a very nice looking 112, I'd polish it if it was mine ::tu::

Interesting, I've got its' twin brudder and I'm pretty sure I've seen that DADDY BARLOW before. :wink:
