Maybe not counterfeit, but what is it?

looks like the old cream colored celluloid or old cracked ice handles, but the pictures are not to clear

I'm not sure if Case Tested used it or not on a 65 pattern but it looks like White Onyx?
I'm thinking my brother has a White Onyx Tested 50 pattern.
