Schrade scrimshaw

I have been collecting Schrade Scrims for a while now and I have been able to date all of them except this one. I looked at all the references on Blade Forum etc. No luck, any thoughts?

Good call remington collector...

I believe that was part of the Federal Duck Stamp Series.
