is it bone mabe or some other handle material ?

Can't tell anything by not seeing the tang stamp. The handles appear to be celluloid in my opinion.

Looks to be a pattern 3344 with Yellow handles. ( Not Bone ) I would say there is
No pattern number on the blade. Knife looks OK and Used.
