First of all welcome to the forum.Always good to get new members.
As to worth;that is something very subjective.I have always known it as what someone is willing to pay versus what someone is willing to sell it for.Sorry;not much help there.
From what I can see it is an older Case Tested Granddaddy Barlow with sawed bone scales and looks to have a full blade(a plus)but a fair amount of pitting(a minus).
For someone who collects Case Tested and/or barlows it would probably be worth more than to someone who just collects all types of knives.
A good indicator is to scan e-bay and other on-line auctions and type in the info and see what some of them are selling for,or get in touch with a knife dealer. There are quite a few people on here who buy and sell knives regularly.
Bear in mind that any knife dealer will only offer you perhaps 1/2 of what a knife normally sells for retail. This is normal practice as a dealer is in business to turn a profit.
Hope this helps.

Its Pattern #6143....Parkers has it at $450...of course thats mint condition.....Like Knife7knut suggested I would check and see what they were going for on ebay, its a more realistic price guide IMO.....my guess would be,if it were mint around the $350 area..give or take a little.

They're sellin on ebay at 75 to 100 or so. The older stamp might make it bring more than a newer one in better condition but judgin by recent sales I'd say 80 to 90.

Nice knife.
