I like to use the slanting rays of late afternoon sunlight. That is what gave that MOP the glow. Here are a couple of shots of another knife. First shot is natural light but not direct sunlight. Second is direct rays of the almost setting sun. Photos were taken one minute apart.

Thanks for the comments, fellows. I thought that the faded rose and the Rosecraft kind of complemented each other.
