Re: Germany - Multi Tool With Glass Cutter.
Judging by the number of these you have Skip, they must have made millions of them over the years

Re: Germany - Multi Tool With Glass Cutter.
Dimitri, I don’t think that millions of these pocket knives were manufactured.
When you consider that the majority of these pocket knives were made after
WW1 ended, and before WW2 began, I believe that because of the restrictions
placed on Germany by the Treaty Of Versailles, the political upheaval and the
economical upheaval that Germany and the rest of Europe was experiencing, I
just don’t see those kind of production numbers. But, who knows for sure…..

Re: Germany - Multi Tool With Glass Cutter.
Yesterday morning, my visit to the post office produced this multi-tool, with a glass cutter, pocket knife. It now becomes my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also became the most recent example to be added to my multi-tool, with a glass cutter, pocket knife collection. It is a MANOS, two blades, two tools (a corkscrew and a glass cutter), one tang stamp (on the secondary blade), 3 5/8" closed, all metal (except for the two "tortoise" handle scales), multi-tool, pocket knife. This pocket knife is also a cigar cutter. The secondary blade front tang stamp says, "MANOS (over) CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ (over) GERMANY" This is my forty-sixth MANOS, multi-tool pocket knife, with a glass cutter. My other forty-five MANOS, multi-tool pocket knives, with a glass cutter, have ALL been previously posted, under and throughout, this topic or thread. The main blade does have a SOFT half stop. The main blade does NOT have an opening snap. The main blade does NOT have a closing snap. The secondary blade does have a SOFT half stop. The secondary blade does have a GOOD opening snap. The secondary blade does NOT have a closing snap. Both the corkscrew and the glass cutter, open and close with no issues. Overall, this pocket knife is in VERY GOOD condition. This pocket knife did NOT need any cleaning at all. I just wiped it off. I took some pictures and here it is.

Re: Germany - Multi Tool With Glass Cutter.
This morning, my trip to the post office produced this pocket knife. It now becomes my latest example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also becomes the latest multi tool pocket knife, with a glass cutter, to be added to my collection. It is a ROYAL BRAND, one blade, four tools (a pipe stem reamer, a pipe bowl scraper, a corkscrew and a glass cutter), one tang stamp, 3 5/8" closed, all metal, smokers’ pattern or style of pocket knife. It is also a cigar cutter. This multi tool pocket knife, with a glass cutter, does NOT have the two "spaces" for the two “tortoise" scales (one on each side). The main blade front tang stamp says, "ROYAL BRAND (over) CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ (over) GERMANY" This is DEFINITELY my fourth, but possibly my fifth, ROYAL BRAND, multi tool pocket knife, with a glass cutter (see the “top” NOTE below). My other three DEFINITE, possibly four, ROYAL BRAND, multi tool pocket knives, with a glass cutter, have ALL been previously posted, under and throughout, this topic or thread (see the “top” NOTE below). I do believe that the BLUE paint on this pocket knife is original. However, I am NOT 100% positive. The main blade does have a WEAK half stop. The main blade does have an OK opening snap. The main blade does NOT have a closing snap. ALL four of the tools, the pipe stem reamer, the pipe bowl scraper, the glass cutter, and the corkscrew, open and close without any problems. Overall, this pocket knife is in VERY GOOD condition. This pocket knife did NOT require any cleaning at all. I just wiped it off.
I took some pictures and here it is.

Back on Friday, September 22, 2023, under this topic or thread, I posted an UNBRANDED, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knife. My posts on Sunday, September 24, 2023, on Friday, January 12, 2024, and on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, were ALL posts of three, ROYAL BRAND CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ GERMANY, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knives. So, I figured that the UNBRANDED, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knife, was also a ROYAL BRAND CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ GERMANY, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knife. However, back on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, I posted a DIXON CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ GERMANY, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knife. So, the original, UNBRANDED, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knife may very well be a DIXON CUTLERY Cᴏ̲ GERMANY, multi-tool with a glass cutter, smoker's pocket knife. But who knows for sure.....

Also, “RED” Has An A.W. WADSWORTH & SON Tang Stamp, NOT A ROYAL BRAND Tang Stamp.
And “RED” Is NOT A Smoker’s Pipe Cleaning Tool.

Recently, my visit to the post office produced this multi-tool, pocket knife, with a glass cutter. It now becomes my most recent example to be posted under this topic or thread. It also became the most recent multi-tool pocket knife, with a glass cutter, to be added to my collection. It is also a cigar cutter. The main blade front tang stamp says, "GELBROS Co. (over) GERMANY" This is my thirteenth GELBROS Co., multi-tool pocket knife, with a glass cutter. My other twelve GELBROS Co., multi-tool pocket knives, with a glass cutter, have ALL been previously posted, under and throughout, this topic or thread. The main blade does have a GOOD half stop. The main blade does have a GOOD opening snap. The main blade does have a VERY GOOD closing snap. ALL of the tools open, close, and function properly. This pocket knife is in VERY GOOD condition. This pocket knife did NOT need any cleaning at all. I just wiped it off. I took some pictures and here it is.
