We’re gonna need some pictures to correctly identify it. Directions for posting pictures can be found here https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... m.php?f=98. Take clear in-focus pictures of it with blades half open and closed, and clear pictures of all markings on the knife. Most knives have a maker’s brand stamp on the tang of the master blade so be sure to look for it and post pictures of it.

Yes, when it comes to identifying knives, a picture is worth more than 1000 words.

With the term Solingen Steel it makes me suspicious it is China made.

Looks like maybe a Fightin’ Rooster brand trapper. That is a brand founded by Frank Buster. I agree based on the tang stamp “SOLINGEN STEEL” it was probably made in China. The handle covers appear to be some kind of blue acrylic.
(Hopefully not celluloid). Some others here might confirm that and know more about it. Regardless who made it the trapper pattern is the most frequently made into commemorative “collectable limited edition” knives. There have been literally thousands of different releases by various makers, meaning probably millions of similar “commemorative trapper” knives made by different manufacturers.

Edit: found a similar knife, looks like the same maker/marketer (NOT Fightin’ Rooster) that was sold on eBay https://www.ebay.com/itm/178092219649?_ ... R4aD3NntZw

Re: The cockfighter pocket knife with marble blue handle
I have zero actual knowledge. But my take on that knife is that the maker hoped potential buyers might confuse Cockfighter with the very desirable Fight'n Rooster brand. The SOLINGEN STEEL stamp may be truthful, but I think it is also intended to mislead: Fight'n Roosters are stamped SOLINGEN as the place of manufacture.
Some photos that are in good focus might help.
