1.5 cups finely chopped onion
4 cloves garlic sauces reserve
2# 90/10 hamburger
2 cups tomato purée
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp kitchen bouquet (gravy master)
1 tbsp yellow corn meal
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp allspice
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp satay sauce (peanut sauce)
Melt 1 stick of butter
Add onions, garlic and hamburg
Add tomato purée, chili powder, cumin, allspice, salt, soy sauce, paprika and satay sauce - simmer 1 hour
Add kitchen bouquet and corn meal - simmer for 30 minutes
Refrigerate overnight
Warm and serve next day
