Some of the finest stag knives I have are Henckels made by Boker. They did not skimp on the stag that they used. Every Henckels stag knife I’ve ever seen had some fine stag on it.

I would agree, I’ve never had a barlow with such gorgeous stag as this one. I really like that they left the bark on all of these as close to the bolsters as possible. You don’t see many knife makers doing that these days. So many will just stick a thick piece on and haft away the bark to make it fit.
