2 blade Texas toothpic
I acquired a collection and got this 2 blade toothpick and cannot seem to find any other examples. Seen a few that had a second small blade but none with 2 full blades does anyone know anything about these?

The knife should have a pattern number stamped on it. On Case knives the second digit of the pattern is usually the number of blades. Use that pattern number for your online search. If it’s an original, unmodified knife the number of blades in the pattern should be “2”. There are online sources like knifedb.com that may have the knife listed by pattern number. There is also a lot of info available in the Research section here, found in the header at the top of this page. https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/ca ... t/research Scroll down to the section on Case.
It’s also possible that Case made the knife as an SFO for someone, or that the handle covers were added post-factory. If you contact Case they may be able to tell you more about it.

320098 should be the correct pattern number. 3 for yellow synthetic covers, 2 blades, 0098 pattern. Probably another of the hundreds of variants Case has produced over the past 40 years.
