Trying to figure out what the heck this is I have no tang stamps or anything

Looks like it is a gunstock pattern that has had the master blade broken and reprofiled. Maker is ??????

Frame may be a Cattaraugus sleeveboard penknife, modified to gunstock shape. LArge blade looks home made.

Just a wild guess here.
The bone handle reminds me of early Queen City bone.

Yes, looks like a Catt to me too. No shield and the color and jigging of the bone all look like a Catt sleeveboard. The elliptical shape of the master blade blade nail pull tells me the pull was added and not factory. Maybe an old blade that was longer and fit in the knife with a new nail pull added.
