It's Sears Craftsman Thursday

Late seeing this but thanks for the pics, Olde Cutler, Ridgegrass and Mel! Can you make out anything on that tang stamp, Ridgegrass. Around 1930 should be a Sta-Sharp, and, yes, it would have been made by Camillus.

It is "Sta-Sharp", etched on the blade with "Craftsman". Tang stamp is "High Carbon Steel". Good eye. C. 1930 J.O'.

Bought an old display box for 10 bucks at a knife show a good while back - not sure what I was going to do with it. Finally decided I wanted to display my Sears knives. I painted it black, put new hardware on it, glued felt to the back and wove elastic bands into the back to hold the knives in place. I made the labels on the computer. The bottom two knives are a Craftsman American Eagle and the 1977 knife commemorating 50 years of Craftsman.

Added 1 yesterday from 1977 .Delrin, 95044. I have not sharpened it yet.
There is some staining on the Delrin I cannot remove. Otherwise a
pretty decent knife.

That is a very decent looking knife! I always like those old Delrin knives.

Nice Bob. Try some Naptha (I use Zippo) and a toothbrush on the staining, if you haven't already. It's always worked pretty well for me..

Nice knife, nice price. The Craftsman knives with the wood handles and brass bolsters are some of my favorites.

I have one of similar wood (95234). The wood color is very deep and makes the knife really stand out.
