As far as the knife is concerned, it's not a pos.

I’ve carried several Eye Brands. They are good knives, solidly made. That red Boker bone color is nice too. But I’d expect a mint 3 eye at that price and that’s a lot of bids.

Not sure about this auction but I lost 2 recently. I bid a decent
amount in my opinion but they got away. In one auction
a competitor ( had bid previously days ago) really went all
out and outbid what I thought was too much. The
other auction a last minute ( I mean minute) a person
outbid me ( way to much again)

Maybe inflation has really hit the knife trading industry.

Looks like a typical shill battle to me ... 2 guys with low feedback outbidding each other over and over - just hoping for a sucker to join the fun at the end, thinking he's missing out on something special, which this is not.

I read the op and while looking at the eyebrand knives for sale I was surprised at the asking prices and the bidding that is going on. I've not bought a knife off ebay for some time and although I have some older eye brand I had no idea that they have that big of a following. I probably need to sell some knives. Not going to, mind you, just probably should.
