This and That

Post by glennbad »

It's been good to get back to some regular time in the shop. In addition to working on customer knives, I've had the chance to work on some other stuff as well. Here's a few recent projects...

I didn't know Syracuse made an EO with a caplifter, but here it is. I put some Ironwood on it and a nice shield.

Here's a customer knife...an AG Russell peanut. The original covers were stag, but very fat and blocky. I replaced them with some ebony.

I had this Queen that was pretty clean but the existing covers were cracked and broken. I put some amber winter-bottom on it.

Last one is a Schrade 175 that had some uninspiring plastic covers, so I put some stag on it.

They are all very nice, but that Syracuse really talks to me. Really classy.

Those are all stunners Glenn!
I have a weakness for the 175 pattern and also for stag. That dots all the i's and crosses all the t's! Excellent work!
