Re: Single blade Saturday
One of the knives I’ve had the longest. It was ordered, I think, from Frost in the early to mid 70s. It is a lockback, with blue mirror synthetic handle scales. The stainless blade etch says “Classic” and the tang stamp reads “Stainless Steel over Japan”. Fit and finish are good and lockup is tight. Very slim and lightweight. I can’t imagine why, but I’ve never seen another one like it.

Mel, I think you are the first person I have seen actually use a fruit knife.

Re: Single blade Saturday
Great looking knives for this Saturday, guys.
There's still time for others to show their single blades.

Here's a Case Copperlock that is an Official Boy Scout knife. Case never produced an official Boy Scout knife until this series was released in 2005.

Just acquired this 1976 Buffalo, had to add my jams & jellies to it to make it shiny and slick before being placed in its new home.

Exactly....Although I don't know if it's been dyed; Queen calls it "Curly Zebra".
John, I'm curious if you've ever done a Wharncliffe mod on a Slimline Trapper?

Re: Single blade Saturday
Hey Q - I just pulled out a Case slimline trapper & the nail nick position looks like it would set up nice for a wharnie mod ... only issue is the blade would wind up being about a half inch shorter. I noticed the nail nick position on modern era Case's is different than your Queens, which have the forward nail nick - not sure there would be enough meat above the nick to form a curve on a Queen slimline unfortunately
