No, that was Uncle Zeke, stingy bastard won't share! You're the wealthy one. Don't believe me? Walk out in that desert in your back yard at midnight and look up in the sky at all of those stars, look at the horizon where the mountains are silhouetted against that night sky, the Saguaros standing silent watch and tell me you're not wealthy. Brother you are wealthier than you know. Also, if I have a "much nicer" knife collection, why do I find myself wishing I had one of just about everything you post? Seems "much nicer" is in the eye of the beholder. ::nod:: ::tu::

Once again Sas, you make a lot of sense ( ::uc:: especially for an imaginary creature!). ... ::suspense:: I "imagine" you as a young'en, out in the White Mountains, among the tall pine trees, a little baby Sasquach, out in the Arizona back country. Born free... ::hmm:: Well I do feel wealthy* living in this amazing state; you are right about that. ::nod::

We had some pretty powerful thunderstorms roll through here last night and this morning and it's still drizzling a little so I'm not hit the trail today and Billy will have to settle for a stroll around the yard. In the meantime here are a couple of pics out of the archive from seasons past.

I consider myself a photographer ahead of knife guy... However, it's still challenging to get good knife pics. Lighting is key... Some will argue that all the fancy backgrounds are distracting and can hurt the listing. That's the argument I use for my lack of creativity.

Thank you. Here are several more where I especially like the lighting.

I posted this in the edc thread but I'm going to post it here too because I know you guys will understand when I say that that tiny spec of meat char on the blade edge ruins the whole picture and once you see it you can't unsee it and now it's all you see ::disgust::

Very cool photos on this page. Regarding the spot on the blade ruining the photo: that is how I feel when I get ready to post a photo and see that there is one tiny cat hair in the shot.

It has been raining a lot in my area. This morning this fellow was in the back yard just waiting for something.

hI DOG, a FEW YEARS AGO I began looking for a car rescue tool and checked out a lot of models. I eventually found this Boker designed by a former Police Chief. I carry it in my car primarily if I come upon an accident where I can use it to help somebody.
