I love them. They are exactly what you said they'd be.
Way larger than I first thought they would be.
Comfortable in the hand. Good fit and finish. Razor sharp.

I have to agree with doglegg on both counts. The wooden bolsters are unique, and all three knives are "absolutely beautiful". Also agree with Runner 4 Knives, "anyone would be proud to own" either of those knives.Mcalevycustomknives wrote: ↑Sat May 09, 2026 4:06 pmThanks. Trying some different things. Re: Mail Call !-Post your new pick-ups here............
Received my first Rosecraft Blades model today.
Fit and finish punches well above the price point. Both blades are well centered. Both springs fit flush open and closed.
Both blades have strong pull and half stops, and are “shaving sharp” out of the box. The walk and talk is excellent. There are no visible gaps to be found anywhere.
I am convinced. Rosecraft Blades are not overpriced Rough Ryder/Queen/Marbles.I cant compare them to Rough Ryder Reserve as I don’t own any…yet. I will say there are equal to, or better than the Bear & Son knife I own.

Received my first Rosecraft last week. Agree with about their QC and Fit and Finish, and as you say " Shaving Sharp " out of the box.Gtrclktr-351 wrote: ↑Tue May 12, 2026 3:13 am Received my first Rosecraft Blades model today.

Thankyou it is a beautiful knife and feels so well in the hand, like a work knife should. Have been wanting to get a Rosecraft since they first came on the scene, but with knives being so expensive over here was waiting for one that i really liked and this was the first one that 100% took my fancy. Glad i finally got one in my hands. All the good reviews about them are warranted. Glad you like yours.

I usually only go mud larking in the shallow end of the bay but this one has a tang stamp that I've been infected with so I made an offer, probably too much, and it was accepted. One from an old hardware store, NASH Hardware in Ft Worth, TX. My 3rd one with this tang stamp. A small knife but I do love the bones.

Didn’t get knives in the mail but did receive a package with some beautiful knife slips. I have a third one coming. These will protect the couple knives I have bought. I definitely want to protect the old Remingtons from Dad’s collection that I want to carry.
Our very own Tom TCJR Leather works. Did a wonderful job they are gorgeous and will protect the knives I carry.
Check these out.
Thank you very much Tom
I can now carry my knives without worry.

Picked up myself a hat a akubra adventurer and a knafs lander 1, and a nice little fixed blade made by a guy. Thats his photo of it. It should be here.

Love Akubra hats, have 9 of them. The Banjo Patterson is my favorite. Nice knife too!
