But I never heard anything from the buyer and my store still shows it available.

Hi Scott,
When an offer is accepted, system notifies the would be buyer via email & provides link to where they can purchase item for the agreed upon discounted price. Others are blocked from buying it (sale pending displays) ... Every once in a while, buyers do not follow through. We can ban repeat offenders if you report them to [email protected]
Have you tried to contact buyer? If they login, knife should reflect discounted price, so a direct link to it can be sent in case AAPK notification email was not received by them.
After a couple days, knife reverts back to regular price & is available for anyone to purchase again.
