Beresman has played this game before, I see he’s an old pro at it!!! Came home to a stench so bad the yard man said he’ll have to come back another time!!! As the definition of POS rolled out one piece at a time, couple things caught my eye. An old tuxedo WH Morley, a decent Wenger and a Queen trapper. However there is a Swiza in the exact configuration I’ve been eyeballing and haven’t pulled the trigger on yet!!!! Thank you sir!!!! (Which reminds me I gotta send out a package!) Thanks again to Kolvir for managing this mess!

Glad there was something useful in there for you! By the way, I believe the Remington Nehi (short blade and all) is an original, from everything I have read about it.

PS: I always have a boot lace (paracord won't fit) through my Folding Hunter's lanyard hole, and the knife is always carried on my belt in a sheath. The lanyard is then tied to my belt itself. Bit more security than probably necessary, but mine's been in the family 50 years.

PS: what's the little silver handled knife above the Coke knife? The lines kind of remind me of a few Vernco ones I've got kicking around.

The UPS man just dropped a 4 lb box of stuff for me from cody6268. Wow, some good stuff too, including my first Moore Maker knife. Also included was several pocket clip lockblades, a Rough Rider whittler, a couple of Stan Packys, a nice Atech multitool, a couple of rebuilders, and a couple of parts knives. Thanks Cody.

Had to run the buzzards of the mailbox this afternoon! I found inside the mailbox besides a Florida Farm Bureau hurricane declarations, blah, blah, blah...., a letter from NRA-PVF wanting $ and a suspicious box from tony111.
Found a manufacturer name that was new to me, JOHNSTON in an arch over USA with interesting green handle with sparkles in it.There is an interesting old Schrade barlow with a few laps left in it. Out of the dozen pieces, one really got my attention. I looked and thought could this be a Camillus 72? The main blade would open, the other 2 were stuck, the pile side handle looks like it has been in the sun for a few years. Got a bit of the rust off the tang and found it is a POWERCRAFT. With a bit of TLC this one will come back to life making a great EDC for someone who likes a smaller knife. Tony also included some Case stickers and usable knife roll.

Back in the old Corps, we learned to improvise. I used the tipped 125OT as a knife pick to open the blades on the 72 wannabe, the big folding hunter blade will be reshaped and then grind the kick so the tip will be below the frame, it'll make a dandy skinner.

Jody - The knife you're asking about is stamped "Simmone Hardware Co." That's all there is.
