I've added a couple more since those scans were done. Added an ebony 2013's and I've got a cocobolo 2013 in the corral also.

I need these ; and if ever possible the interior ivory to complete the collection, excluding serial numbered of the same handle material. I'd have all the handle material GEC put on the whalers.

Holy Moly! You're not one dimensional after all, Lyle. Those are all beauties, but those with wood scales are awesome.

That’s a nice collection Lyle of whalers, really nice.

I picked up another sway back trapper. This one is a Cattaraugus from A.G. Russell. I only have two, the other one is a Wendell Carson. Both have mammoth ivory handles. I got this Cattaraugus on eBay last week in an auction. The seller said it was bone, but I was pretty sure it was mammoth, and it is. I was fairly certain that A.G. didn’t have any of these made with bone, just mammoth. The next picture is of my entire trapper collection which includes these 3 A.G. Russell Moki made trappers.
While I was at it, I took a few pics of the A.G. Russell collection. Most made in Japan but quite a few in the USA and just a few in Germany. I realized that I left a Japanese knife in the picture that wasn’t an A.G. Russell, the bottom one on the left of the last picture.
When I say A.G. Russell, these were either made for A.G. Russell or sold in his catalog, I know there are some that don’t have the A.G. Russell brands on them.

Another Fantastic pickup on that AGR Catt. Swaybelly, Mark! It looked familiar when I saw this post, so I went back through my bid history and sure enough, I was the second-place bidder on that one. Glad to see you were the winner and got to add this beautiful piece to your awesome AG Russell collection.

Wow!!! My dream GEC is the Whaler, are they ever going to make that pattern again? It seems like it has been years since they released any. Maybe I am just not paying close enough attention...

I love Desert Iron wood (I used to collect it in the form of carvings)! I remember the Lumber Jack model and trying to bid on one for sale on Flea-Bay years ago ... As I recall the Lumber jack was a Whaler with a saw blade added to it....

The cheetah pattern is one of my favorites. Here is my current collection. All full size. Colonel Coon, Queen, Canal Street, and 3 Case. The Case, left of center arrived today. Sold as chestnut but looks more like Autumn to me. Made in 2011 and unused.

I will definitely post some more pictures of my collection. I have the whole keystone series, heritage series and most of the file and wire series. I feel like an amateur looking at some of the collection pictures here. I really love slip joint traditional pocket knives and the history behind thses knives. I have purchased several knives from collectors here. I have been reorganizing and doing maintenance on my knives. I will send more pictures soon.
