Welcome to the December 1, 2009 Johnnie Fain Estate knife auctions. If my health holds out I hope to do two auctions in the next two a one half weeks, so that the knives can be shipped before Christmas.

Johnnie was a friend of all on AAPK as well as an AAPK Moderator. Johnnie passed away unexpectedly in April of this year. I am helping Johnnie’s widow Annettee by auctioning off many knives from Johnnie’s collection. AAPK members have been most generous in helping Annettee by bidding liberally in these auctions. Any member of AAPK can bid on these knives.

BLADE: Large sheepfoot & spear. Small blades are coping & pen.
CLOSED LENGTH: 4 inches
HANDLES: Green jigged bone
FRONT TANG STAMP: All blades stamped S & M/NEW YORK
REAR TANG STAMP: QUEEN CUT CO./TITUSVILLE, PA on the sheepfoot and 2004 on the spear blade.
CONDITION: New in the box.
DAMAGE: none
AGE: Circa 2004
COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: USA
BLADE WEAR: none
SHIELD AND BLADE ETCH: S&M PREMIER shield and S&M/044431 etched on the sheepfoot blade
SNAP: Excellent
ADDITIONAL INFO: This is an excellent addition to any collection. A beautiful knife. 1 of 350.

This auction will end at 6 PM, Pacific Standard Time, Sunday December 6, 2009 if there have been no bids within 2 hours of that time. If there have been bids, the auction will continue until such time as there are no bids for 2 consecutive hours.
At that time the high bidder will be declared the winner.
Payment is to be by money order. Upon receipt of payment the knife will be shipped.

The payment price will be the winning bid plus $9.00 for shipping via Priority Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation.
The knife will be well packaged to prevent damage.
