Cattaraugus Cutlery Co. Little Valley N.Y. 1886-1963

The Cattaraugus Cutlery Company was started by John Champlin and his son Tint in 1882. It was first incorporated under the name J.B.F. Champlin and Son as a wholesale distribution company based in Little Valley, New York. The business proved to be a successful endeavor, and it soon branched into a knife production company named Cattaraugus.

Got a few pearl CATTARAUGUS, the two sold by jewelers are kind of rare.?

Cattaraugus Hone Injun No. 9 with box and papers. I dont know if the stone has been used or not, if so, very little.

Some really cool items here lately. Mike I've never seen the Little Injun carvers before.

Here are three little Cats with handle materials you don't see that often. The little pen knife at center has coffin bolsters.
