Empire Winstead CT knife style ???
Does anyone know what style this knife is? Basically I'm curious about the cut out in the blade matching the cut out in the handle.

That is pretty interesting. I've been looking up cigar cutting knives. But nothing was like that. Prolly why I can't find anything on it. Cool stuff.

I think you’re right. One way to check is to check the cut out diameter. Standard blasting caps are just under 1/4”.
