Trouble Loading DESCRIPTION in My New Listing

Bryan or Tom,
I do my write-ups for new listings on Notepad, then I copy from that and paste to the store format.
I just did my copy and the store will not give me the option to paste it into the Description.
Not sure if this is my problem or yours but I could use some help.

Hi Ray - I've forwarded your challenge to Bryan for resolution. I just did exactly what you were trying to do successfully so I'm thinking it's something on your end. When was the last time you restarted your device and cleared cache? You could also try logging out of AAPK and logging back in to see if that resets whatever is preventing your paste. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Tom

Thanks, Tom and I did re-boot. That required me to sign back in to AAPK. I did not clear my cache because I was not sure how to do it. I study up a little and get 'er done. I'll keep you posted.

I did the clear of the cache and am still unable to paste to the listing.

I have re-booted, cleared my cache, closed out my browser and re-opened, cussed a little and nothing seems to help.

So when you copy from notepad & right click on description text area, is there a "paste" option? If not, try left clicking so cursor appears and right click on top of the cursor or just to the right of it and see if there is a paste option.
