administration is not replying to messages

I have been trying to set up my seller account for 2 months and it keeps saying pending. I have send messages but no one replies. What do I do

Hi David,

I found an email from you dated Dec. 18. Have you sent anything since then? If so, was it through the contact form on the AAPK website?

We have some requirements that must be met to sell on AAPK. I don't think we had enough information to make that determination based on information provided.

We generally send an email requesting additional information when that is the case, but it is possible our comms were not being received or sent for some reason.

I will try to email you here in a sec. If you do not receive anything from me by 9:00AM EST today, please let me know here on the forum.
