Yes, I believe they are. Civivi is the budget brand of WE knives which is a Chinese knife company.

I have one Civivi.....the Clavi.....keep it on my side table......use it all the time.....very handy knife.….I love it.

Paid $60 for it several years ago and thought it was probably too expensive. But I use it so much and it’s such a well made knife, I have no regrets. Would buy again.

I picked up a Benchmade in Ultem lately because I liked that translucent look. Ultem looks like butterscotch candy. You might be able to find the O.P. handle material on a cheaper knife.

Chinese doesn't bother me too much, if it's a well-made knife. I've always though Civivi was overpriced.
