What do I have here?

Hey guys. Haven’t been here in awhile but was looking for some help on this Cattaraugus pen knife. Pics attached. There’s no number I can find. May have been worn off, or possibly a fake?
Scales appear to me to be delrin or some other plastic mtl. I’m just trying to identify it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was going through a bunch of knives I haven’t looked at in a long time.

The knife looks legit.
The handles are not delrin, but an earlier composite. It is safe, but tends to shrink over time. The exact composition is unknown, and was a company secret.
I am unsure why it does not have a pattern number, but except for the handle material it looks like a 22959,
