Can you please post a close up (macro) of the tang. Is there anything on the other side of the tang and if so get a close up of that also.

This is the only mark on any of the tangs. All of the blades have been worn down. This is my son-in-law's knife. It had belonged to his step father, long passed. I've cleaned it up for him. I don't know the history. I appreciate your help.

I tried messing with the picture some, but nothing got much clearer. Sorry, I’m rarely any help.

Any way to get a clearer pic? That's too blurry to make out any details on the stamp.

Looks like a Kabar knife. 99% sure.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.
