Recent Catt Wrench Knife

The Cattaraugus Cutlery Company was started by John Champlin and his son Tint in 1882. It was first incorporated under the name J.B.F. Champlin and Son as a wholesale distribution company based in Little Valley, New York. The business proved to be a successful endeavor, and it soon branched into a knife production company named Cattaraugus.

I didn't post this in the Counterfeit forum in case the group consensus is it's legit. I meant to post this one over the weekend.

That looks like new bone to me.
Which a rehandle knife is fine with me, as long as the seller is honest about it.

Thanks, gentlemen. That's exactly what I saw, but not represented by the listing. I hope the new owner is happy with it.

Bone looks new to me. Close but no cigar IMO.

I have owned 3 of these alligator wrench knives and none had bone that looked like the OP knife. Jigging is off. Handle pins look too large.

Jigging on that OP knife looks like it is cut with a Dremel.
