Help identify general information

Hi everyone,

I recently picked up this pocket knife and I’m looking for some more information about it. I’d love to know who the maker is, what materials it’s made from, an approximate age, and what it might be worth.

Looks like an English fruit knife with a sterling silver blade and pearl handles.The hallmark stamping on the blade will tell you everything about the knife,maker,year it wad made etc.
