Gorgeous bunch-o-stag ya got there c-man62
Niiiiiccce pick up, Mark. The Lockback Wharncliffe Whittler is the best of all the Case/Bose Collaboration patterns, IMO....and that gorgeous Stag is the cherry on the whipped cream on the frosting

Re: Lets see some stag
Thanks TMK and Q.
Q, I read an old post of yours about when you bought two of these and the problems that you had with them, made me rethink my purchase. But this one is free of those defects. Planning on collecting all the handle materials that these were made in. Going to be selling off others from my collection to pay for these. I should have some nice ones in my store as a result, already listed two last night.

Re: Lets see some stag
Thanks Kevin. I was pleased with the stag on this one too. It’s pretty nice stag for a Case knife especially. Case has a bad habit of hafting away the stag to make it fit the bolsters. They didn’t do that on these and that gives it nice bark right up to the bolsters. Wish they did that with more of their knives, I might be tempted to collect some again.knifeaddict1965 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 03, 2026 4:29 pmBeautiful addition to your fine collection, Mark!Sharpnshinyknives wrote: ↑Tue Feb 03, 2026 1:12 am Got this one in today. Re: Lets see some stag
I was just eying one or two of these in the rope knife thread. The first time for me for seeing the spike like that. Im used to seeing it on the other side of the knife, instead of this jack configuration.
Cool
Are those bails copper?
That's my Etsy store where I sell old knives and sometimes handmade knife accessories to support my knife habbit. Thanks for looking my friend.

Yes, the two on the bottom are copper, the knife on top is steel
