Kershaw Leek

Kershaw began its foray into the knife business sometime during 1974. The company was originally based in Portland Oregon, but most early knives were manufactured in Japan. The first US manufacturing plant was opened in 1997 & the company currently offers knives made in the U.S., Japan, & China. Pete Kershaw (an ex Gerber salesman) started the business.

Had my Desert Sand/Black Blade Leek with me on my morning garden stroll. Every time I EDC a Leek I remember why I like them so much. Great knife! ::tu::
Q, the leek is a great EDC. When I was out in AZ last week it felt weird not having one in my pocket. Have been carrying one for years. Have gifted a few and all the guys really like them. Just picked up the black one and noticed a different grind on the blade. There’s a Snap- on 100th anniversary one and a “don’t tread on me “ would like to get . Take care !
