I'm NOT 100% positive, but it appears to be from Pakistan, China, or.....?

I believe it to be a Chinese logo. It's a pretty typical "truck stop" SB. I have two, almost identical, one with Harley Davidson printed on the scale and the other with a wooden scale. I do have a third "Cat/Stainless SB, but it is blacked out with a rubber insert in the handle. Gentlemen, I appreciate your input. I bought a box of knives and this gem (lol) was mixed in with Bokers, Bucks and a few Case knives. I’ve never seen this makers mark before. I’m more curious than anything.
