I I cancelled an order but it happened

I had a problem with PAYPAL.....AGAIN because my phone couldn't scan the QR code that would help in
verifying my account to receive payment.
Then my Zelle didn't work.
So I cancelled the order.
The buyer rose above the electronic nonsense and was kind enough to mail a check.
So even though the order was cancelled it did happen.
I want to make sure I pay my AAPK sales fees.

Please help.
